pkr7 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pkr7", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the pkr7 platform, its operating entity, and its authorised representatives.
• "Platform" — refers to the pkr7 website accessible at pkr7.pro, including all associated mobile interfaces, gaming lobbies, and account management areas.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pkr7 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the pkr7 registration process.
• "PKR Wallet" — refers to the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a Player's pkr7 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credit, free spins value, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account by pkr7 that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by pkr7 in accordance with its licensing obligations.
• "Prohibited Territory" — refers to any jurisdiction from which the pkr7 Platform explicitly does not accept registrations or w agers.

By accessing the pkr7 Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the pkr7 Platform and close your Account if one exists.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the pkr7 Platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and use the pkr7 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkr7 enforces this minimum age requirement without exception. Underage gaming is illegal, irresponsible, and a violation of these Terms.
• You must be registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate registrations and registrations on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Territory at the time of registration or during any gaming session.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pkr7 or any of its affiliated game providers or partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

pkr7 employs mandatory age verification as part of its KYC process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other acceptable identity document to confirm your age and identity. pkr7 reserves the right to suspend your Account and withhold any associated balance pending completion of age verification at any time.

Each eligible individual may register exactly one Account on the pkr7 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. pkr7 relies on the information you provide for KYC, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

• You must provide your real full name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control, as it will be used for account verification and security purposes.
• You must provide a valid email address to which you have exclusive access.
• You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. Notify pkr7 support promptly of any changes to your registered details.

pkr7 reserves the right to require additional documentation at any point to verify the identity, age, address, or payment method of any Player. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

All financial transactions on the pkr7 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr7 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20. Additional payment methods may be made available at pkr7's discretion and will be updated in the Platform's payment section.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your pkr7 PKR Wallet promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. pkr7 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. pkr7 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed all required KYC verification checks before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any Bonus Funds credited to your Account must meet applicable wagering requirements in full before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• pkr7 reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm the source of funds prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• Processing timelines vary by payment method. pkr7 targets prompt processing of approved withdrawal requests, but timelines are subject to third-party provider schedules.

pkr7 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, pkr7 will notify the affected Player and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

pkr7 offers various promotional bonuses, welcome packages, reload offers, free spins, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are credited at pkr7's discretion and are intended for recreational use by genuine players. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• pkr7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where a Player has both real money and Bonus Funds in their Account, real money funds are wagered first by default.

All games available on the pkr7 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, Mahjong Ways, jackpot games, and sports betting markets — operate in accordance with their respective published rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before participating.

pkr7 exclusively offers games from certified providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems have been independently audited and certified for fairness. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios with real dealers operating under the provider's regulatory framework. No game outcome on the pkr7 Platform can be influenced or manipulated by pkr7, its employees, or any third party.

• pkr7 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error on the part of any pkr7 employee or game provider.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game or sporting event, pkr7's system logs will be used to determine the applicable outcome. If a definitive outcome cannot be established, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• pkr7 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits at its discretion on any game or market at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr7 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading registration or KYC documentation.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be removed from your Account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through the Platform.
• Abusing the customer support team verbally, in writing, or otherwise.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation.

pkr7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as an integral part of its operation. Gaming on the pkr7 Platform is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income, a method of recovering financial losses, or a solution to personal financial difficulties.

pkr7 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time via Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pkr7 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkr7 Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the pkr7 Platform without prior written consent.
• Use the pkr7 brand, logo, or any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any pkr7 software or game.
• Create derivative works based on any pkr7 Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses sustained through gaming activity on the Platform.
• Loss of data, Account access, or Platform availability due to technical issues outside pkr7's reasonable control.
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any inaccuracies in odds, game results, or sports data caused by third-party data feed providers.

pkr7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or force majeure events may result in temporary Platform unavailability. pkr7 will endeavour to notify players in advance of scheduled downtime where practicable.

pkr7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document. By registering on the pkr7 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkr7 will not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third parties where required for KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, and licensing obligations. pkr7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated by the Player.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

Where an Account is suspended or terminated due to a verified breach of these Terms, pkr7 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance including both real money and Bonus Funds. Where termination is initiated by the Player in good standing, any verified real money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of applicable checks.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr7 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkr7's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by pkr7's licensing authority.

Players agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute with pkr7 through the support channels provided on the Platform before escalating to any external authority. pkr7 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within five (5) business days and providing a substantive response within twenty-one (21) business days of receipt.

pkr7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — pkr7 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered Players and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by regulatory authority direction, may take effect immediately upon publication. The version date displayed in the Hero section of this page reflects the most recently published version. Your continued use of the pkr7 Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
